Refund and Returns Policy – The Gothic Attire

At The Gothic Attire, your satisfaction is our top priority. Each piece we craft is designed with care, passion, and precision — but if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please make sure:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, where possible.

  • Customized or made-to-measure garments are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at thegothicattire@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return in your email.

  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

  4. Securely pack your item (preferably in its original packaging) and ship it to the address provided.

    Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding original shipping costs.

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed after the inspection.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for another size or product (subject to availability):

  • Mention your preference when requesting an RMA.

  • Once your return is received, your new item will be shipped within 30 days.

  • A standard reshipping fee of $30 applies to all exchange orders.

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping. We highly recommend using a trackable courier service.

  • Sale items or discounted purchases may follow a different return policy. Please refer to product details before purchase.

  • This policy applies exclusively to orders placed through thegothicattire.com.
